Cigar: A Gencarelli Blend Vino 1972
Hand Made in the Domincian Repulbic
I received this cigar from the RTDA in July of 2006 it was part of the gift bag from Smoke. I purposely put one aside for a time, when I got back home, to give it a fair taste test. I didn’t know what to expect as I study the cigar’s label showing a bottle of wine and wine glasses with the word Vino (Wine) written at the top.
The first initial taste I thought, “YECK!” it tasted like wine alright. Like really bad basement merlot. I always give any cigar a chance and kept on smoking the thing. I have to admit the bad taste disappeared after I reached the midpoint of the stick; however, that doesn’t mean I started liking it. I definitely don’t recommend this cigar. If you are offered this cigar politely pass on it. I wouldn’t even consider this cigar as a Yard Cigar, which is a cigar you smoke while doing your lawn or landscaping work at your home.
‘nuff said.
