Ashton VSG Spellbound

For my last cigar this evening, I decided to light up an Ashton VSG Spellbound, hand made in the Dominican Republic. The VSG is blended exclusively for Ashton by Carlos Fuente Jr. using 4 to 5 year old aged Dominican tobacco. Hmm... No wonder this cigar is so DARN DELICIOUS! Casa Torano Torpedo

Cigar: Carlos Torano Torpedo Size: 6.5” x 54 Filler: Nicaragua Binder: Honduras, Nicaragua and a blend of Central & South American Tobaccos Wrapper: Ecuador Connecticut Like I mentioned in my previous entry I decided to try the Casa Torano again and I wasn’t disappointed. Since 9/11, I have come to really...

Zippo Blu

I own a Zippo lighter, well... That is not true. I own two, one with the regular Zippo fluid insert and the other with the Blazer's Z-Plus butane insert. I carry my regular Zippo with me wherever I go because, it never fails me. I know… A true cigar smoker should never light a premium cigar with a Zippo fluid lighter. But, when I am out “roughing it’ per say I usually smoke the cheaper cigars, good cigars (not great cigars) using my old trusty Zippo and I know if anything happens to my Zippo it will keep lighting no...
